Founded with the intention of serving society through authentic yogic education, Yog Sadhna Mission works across individual practice, community programs, institutional training, and research-based initiatives. About Swami (Dr.) Dhirendracharya

Swami (Dr.) Dhirendracharya, also known as Dr. Dhirendra Kumar Panda, is a yoga educator, researcher, and practitioner with over 30 years of teaching experience in the field of yoga, stress management, and meditation.

Since 1990, he has been teaching at Yog Sadhna Mission and has conducted extensive programs across corporate organizations, hospitals, educational institutions, police forces, and government bodies. His teaching integrates classical yoga with a gentle, systematic approach, combining asana, pranayama, and meditation to support both inner balance and practical living.

He Holds

Bachelor of Arts (Education Honours) - Utkal University, Odisha

Bachelor of Education (Yoga) - Panjab University, Chandigarh

Master of Arts (Education) - Panjab University, Chandigarh

Bachelor of Arts (Education Honours) - Utkal University, Odisha

His doctoral research focused on the impact of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation on stress and well-being, reflecting his long-standing commitment to evidence-based yogic practice.
